The prompt for the day makes me think of eggs, that’s the way I like ‘em, over easy.
Or poached is good too, with a good luck double yolk…I especially like the double yolks because I’m a twin too.
But over easy could also just mean relaxing, taking it easy:
Playing an instrument in a favorite beautiful spot.
Hanging out on the beach
Reading, sunbathing, or just watching the waves roll in.
In a park…
On the grass with a friend, sacked out on a bench with a guitar for a pillow, or leaning against a tree looking out at rolling hills.
Maybe a drink with a friend?
Cuppa tea or a nice cold glass of beer?
Or just sitting and watching the sunset…
